Designed for a Smooth, Safe & Happy Experience. At Pretty Pets Grooming by Tina, our goal is to provide every pet with the time, care, and attention they deserve. These policies help us keep things running smoothly while ensuring the best experience for you and your furry family member.

RESERVATION POLICY

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer time to another pet in need of care.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

We understand that things can come up! If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or adjusted to ensure we can give every pet the attention they deserve.

DE-MATTING POLICY

Your pet’s comfort and safety always come first. Severely matted coats can cause discomfort and skin issues. In some cases, a shorter trim or shave may be the safest and most humane option.

Please note:

✔Matting removal may cause temporary skin sensitivity

✔Additional grooming time may result in extra fees

✔We will always choose the option that is best for your pet’s well-being, severely matted coats may require shaving for humane removal

Regular grooming helps prevent matting and keeps your pet happy and healthy!

PET SAFETY & CARE

To provide the best care possible, please share any health conditions, sensitivities, or behavioral concerns with us before your reservation.

✔Grooming may reveal or worsen underlying health conditions

✔Services will be adjusted to reduce stress and ensure comfort

✔You must inform us of all health conditions at each visit

AGGRESSIVE OR DANGEROUS PETS

For the safety of all pets and staff:

✔You must inform us if your pet has a history of biting or aggressive behavior

You must disclose all behavioral and medical information before each appointment

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Grooming Satisfaction

If you are not fully satisfied with your pet’s groom, please contact us within a reasonable time after your appointment. We are happy to review your concerns and will do our best to make reasonable corrections to ensure you and your pet leave happy.

All sales on merchandise purchased directly from Pretty Pets Grooming by Tina are final. This includes:

        Bowls & essentials

        Retail pet products

Local Designer Items

Some items sold in Pretty Paws Corner are created by local pet designers and specialty vendors. These items may have separate return or exchange policies. For returns, exchanges, or concerns regarding designer merchandise, please contact the designer/vendor directly according to their individual policy.
