It encourages providers to realize the importance of fiscal planning to the sustainability of their business operations. It provides tips and best practices to help break down fiscal processes into manageable steps.

This training contains four modules of business practices content:

• Module 1: Budgets, Projections, and Planning

• Module 2: Financial Reports and Internal Controls

• Module 3: Marketing Your Program

• Module 4: Recruiting and Retaining Staff

Note: This training can be taken as a complete series or individual sessions.
